Nice divergance from the other two movies. This one still deals with human villians/complex scandals in the plotline, but uses the appearance of mysterious "monsters" to get you in. OoOo...;)

Very good. Understood everything, only small qualm is that the translations were a little non-expressive at times..no use of slang.

I love the Patlabor movie series. It's a bit less flashy than other Mecha series/films these days, but it focuses a lot more on the interaction between the characters and real plot developement. WXIII has an AWESOME art team(madhouse), and uses a lot more CG than the other two...to my surprise, this set also comes cute super-deformed sort of...tutorials? For each section, which was nice because it's so different from the rest of the content. The gate-fold box is beautiful, one of the most handsome boxes I've gotten.

i enjoy the patlabor movies and wasted thirteen is no exception. it is a great movie, but more of a spin-off than a sequal. it features two detectives from the tv show. the patlabors are only in the movie at the end so i was kind of bummed. the monster was really cool and i was into the story and as always the animation was awesome.
